Hydrangea ‘Fireworks' for Guy Fawkes night.
A pure white Lacecap Hydrangea which has double star-shaped florets – like exploding fireworks, hence the name, is now in full flower within the garden. This "Summer flowering" shrub has enjoyed the recent mild weather to put on a dazzling display just in time for fireworks night.
The garden is also enjoying an eclectic mix of flowers for all of the seasons spring (Rhododendrons) summer (Hydrangea, Roses) Autumn (Schima, Camellia sasanqua) and winter (Mahonia) flowers all in bloom all looking quite happy whether they are flowering in the right season or not!
