Out of the office

What do you do when the weather is fine but you have office work?

We are in the middle of a September “Indian Summer”. After the wet summer we have endured I could not bring myself to do indoor office work. But with our recent Berberis re-discovery and access to archives dating from 1909 I have had to do data base work.

So Modern technology now meets old. The photo is taken on my mobile and I am typing this in the dappled shade of a Beech tree on the West Terrace. How could life get better?

With my adapted wheelbarrow come mobile offices. I can edit, add to and generally work on the plant data base in my outdoor office and with forecasts predicting at least 10 more days what better a way to combine office and practical work.
