Gardens to visit in Cornwall - Trewithen Gardens

A large evergreen shrub, or in Cornwall a medium sized tree. It has evergreen, wavy edged, leaves which are heart shaped hence cordifolia in the name. In summer to early autumn it has simple white flowers some say are similar, in appearance, to Hypericum (common name “Rose of Sharon, but we don’t use common names here! ha ha)
