Scent-sational season has arrived.

The whole garden is full of scent from Myrtles to the Rhododendron even the Roses are getting in on the act now starting to flower.

Continuing our ‘Year of the Rhododendron’ the Loderi Hybrids are in full, glorious bloom. Added to those huge white, flushed pink trusses is a deep, sweet scent which, in the recent hot sunshine, permeates the whole garden.

If that’s not enough to dazzle your senses Rhododendron luteum, a yellow deciduous azalea type, is in full flow. Other deciduous azaleas are competing with their evergreen cousins to outshine each other with their vibrant colours from flame reds to sunshine yellows.
