Guided tours will be available during the afternoon from 2 – 4pm, taking in the elegant rooms, fine furniture, paintings and objects d'art collected through 300 years of continuous family history.
The tours will run every 20 minutes in groups of 10 and will take approximately 40 minutes. Prior booking is recommended and wheelchair access is available.
For those who'd like to make a day of it, a combined ticket can be purchased to visit both the house and garden, and the Tea Shop will be serving a range of homemade fayre including morning coffee, light lunches and cream teas. Souvenirs can be bought from the Plant Centre which stocks a range of plants, some propagated from varieties growing in the garden, as well as gifts and garden tools.
